Took her off road this weekend; really impressed with the capabilities this truck. Used everything, 4Low, rear locker, sway bar disconnect, Crawl Control and of course the cameras. All were a nicely upgrade from my 3rd Gen Pro. Managed some pinstripes, a little dent on a fender flare and cut one of the stock tires. Thankfully, I had all the gear I needed to get the tire changed safely on the trail. Removed the mud flaps as they were more of a hindrance than help. These trucks are amazing, get them out on the trails and enjoy their capabilities.

Replaced the keyfob to something more interesting than the standard Toyota keyfob.

Added RC floor mats, they turned out nice! Got rid of the air dam as well. Just got it last week so parts are slowly tricking in. Lots of beautiful trucks here, maybe I’ll get there eventually!IMG_0485.jpg

Installed my custom EKR seat covers and the TRD pro headlights today on my TRD Offroad. Turned out awesome.

TRD Surf inspired by the TRD SURF concept.

@WHSKYFSH Love those TRD Pro/Trailhunter headlights. How much were they? I assume they were plug and play with no mods required?

thank you man they are plug and play! I wasn’t 100% sure of this- may be the first to put these lights on a TRD Offroad. But I can confirm it’s the same three pigtails as stock. All headlight functions still work including the headlight dial :)

Yeah super happy with them paired with the Baja designs s2 fog lights. I got them off a friend who has fullly built out his TRD pro and running the prototype alpharex headlights

Nice… digging the Trailhunter grill. Is that an OE unit or aftermarket? @aztomex

Installed the Z-Precision larger cup holder. 30-min job. Now my Nalgene bottle won’t roll around.

Been watching Team Oil Drop on Youtube?

I eye-guzzled that channel while out of town on business last weekend.

Nothing worthy of a photo. But I got her home last week. Tonight I installed the Redline Tuning hood struts. Applied Lamin-X amber film to fog lights (to buy time until I can upgrade the lights). Dropped some center console organizers and cup holder inserts into place. Painted the chrome Toyota grill symbol the mandatory flat black. Pretty minimal cosmetic stuff.

My Redline Tuning hood struts will arrive tomorrow. My Cali Raised Ditch Light Mounting Brackets will arrive on Monday. Once I have them both, they will get installed at the same time since they share the same bolts. I am guessing I might need longer bolts, but not sure yet how long. Does anyone know?

Not bad at all. It took 30min drinking a beer and watching the install vid on their website. Might be the best upgrade so far.

Ha, That’s awesome! I’ve been following his stuff for years but never had a chance to meet him. I have met Mike from LLOD a few times and he’s a really great dude.
