Looks good, save yourself a headache and get some hose wrap for your hydraulic lines. It works great and will make your hoses last much longer. It protects them from rubbing on your springs.

I bought an ARB RTT from a local guy and got then bender out and built a simple rack for it. Had it powder coated to match the sliders and bumpers.

    Oooohhhh, do I have questions.

Can the Dana 60 be centered under the truck without cutting it down and still use leaf springs?

Do you think you would have run into the steering clearance issues if you hadn't frenched in the front hanger? Or used the one from Sky's Off Road?

What is the width of the front springs (pin to pin) from driver to pass. side?

I'm bound to come up with more questions, yours is the first leaf spring 60 I've come across and I'm looking at doing the same thing to my regular cab.

You would have to run a super wide spring hanger to keep a super duty d60 full width. The reason he cut it down, is when you move leaf mounts, you are limited by the distance from the short side spring perch.

If you want to message me I'll explain it without clogging up his thread.

Are you still running 278/78 valving in the front? What are you running in the rear? I'm halfway ish through my TG SAS and run 63s in the rear as well.

I am running the stock valving in the shocks. I'm not sure what came in the Bilstein shocks that TG sells, but I will say it seems a bit harsh in the rear....
My 63's are the "newer" model with 2-3 thick leaf springs rather than the 5 thinner leafs. I've been told the 5 leaf packs ride better and aren't so harsh. Someone else can chime in if they have experience on this.

Let the fun begin! I fund a good deal on a recently rebuilt 2nd gen SC with the 7th injector and all the needed install parts not too far from home! Looking forward to seeing how this runs down the highway after the install!

SC install wasn't too bad at all. The 7th injector wiring went smooth and no CEL's. I was able to plot it and I'm getting ~ 9.5-10 psi of boost with the 2.2 pulley. Going to install an AFR gauge to fine tune the 7th injector, but it runs pretty good with no pinging as is.

Removed the solid rubber bumps and have started down the path of adding air bumps on the front. I couldn't find spring pads that would work with the air bumps, so I sketched them out in Fusion 360 and cut them on the plasma table.
The Rubicon trail made me aware of some clearance issues with the drag link. Notched the frame on the passenger side to clean it - you can see the paint gone from the drag link where it was hitting the frame.

Perfect spot and room for bumps.

Which bumps did you go with?

I went with Locked off road 2" bumps - threaded style that can be adjusted. They sell a "Kit" for the rear of the 05+ Tacoma that I chopped up the mount to use. I'm not sure what powder coat they used on them, but it was a bear to get off....
