New Rims - DX4 Flare's - Great pricing but lots of Vibrations....what to do?

Hello! I am stoked that I found some rims I like for a great price. Thing is. As soon as I drove them off the America's Tires lot (Discount Tires on west coast?), I had vibrations. I had to take them back in for a rebalance. They had vibrations still. I took them in again, and now they aren't vibrating but I see a BUNCH of weights on the two front tires. I had talked to DX4 and they said if there ends up being a bunch of weights for balancing, the wheel might not be a good one and should be replaced. What is America's Tires return/exchange policy and what do you suggest I do? I love the rims, glad they aren't vibrating for now but can I trust I got good rims?

I've never tried to actually return anything, but they do make it right like their policy says. They used to have a rep that monitored this site if you tagged them, but I don't see them anymore.
