Looked like AF1 while passing through Dover, or at least a blue/white 747.

Texas Roadhouse is the best of the chain steak places in my opinion. Only it's so popular that unless you get there shortly after it opens (at least the one we go to) the wait is stupid long and I don't wait well.

Good morning Eric, Delaware + neighboring states. :pccoffee:

I mentioned some details on my Intro Thread yesterday regarding the TRD Suspension upgrade.

Also, I went to Lowe's for some much needed Top Soil to fill in my yards unevenness/craters.

The good news...I got $100 knocked off parts total and negotiated labor charges with the service manager--I'm set for next Tuesday April 1st.

So, one thing I learned about my truck is how it handles a payload of roughly 600 pounds...the OEM Leaf Springs would definitely need to be upgraded! lol

I've previously reported my truck felt spongy on a left turn I make at the North Gate of DAFB.

Well, with a payload the ride felt more squashy...thank goodness I don't haul things but every so often. lol

Here's some pics for visual assistance with regards to my yard--I also had to repair roof facia/trim from these Winds of March.

    Have a good day everyone.

Just laid down 20 bags of top soil tonight...did 14 bags on Sunday...got another 10 bags to use up.

I probably need another 30 bags...or more just to get good coverage.

It is rather chilly tonight...I was wearing sweat pants and a hoodie with a long-sleeve t-shirt underneath and didn't sweat.

    Hey Eric.

    It's a chilly morning...32F/Feels like 26F.

I forgot to mention, I watered the area of Top Soil in the dark last night.

It was chilly then and seems to have gotten colder overnight.

Took these pics this morning...you can see newly placed top soil (20 bags) and the lighter color top soil near the street (14 bags).

I've got another 10 bags but I'm sure that will not cover the amount of uneven lawn.

Time for another trip to Lowe's.

    Morning neighbors.

Well Ed, it was my first week back in the office everyday. Well, in office M/Th/F. Tuesday I was in Georgetown, DE and W I came into the office late morning and had an event that evening in Wilmington.

Getting everyday sucks… might be worth it to have a commute that I don’t have to fill up everyday :rofl:

    Hey Eric,

    You've got a tough schedule...keeps you going!

You mention gas and that reminds me, I need to filler-up!

If you could find a job closer to home that pays same/better....Do It! lol

I have $2.30 gas points at Giant. Should end up being about $1.85 when I fill up Sunday. :woot:

    Heck, I budget $100/month to fill up twice...at half a tank/just below.

I'm really not looking at price/per/gallon...unless it's over $4 bucks...then I'll cut back on my joyrides! (Which isn't saying much here in Delaware!)

    So,

I'm adding more top soil this evening...took wife to Lowe's in Dover yesterday (because Camden Lowe's is out of top soil--I took 30 bags the other day).

I did 14 bags on Sunday...then 20 bags on Wednesday...I bought 12 bags yesterday and added to the 10 I had remaining...22 bags currently working.

Going at a very slow pace...so it made me think of this guy:
