Well, it was a variant effort, but we lost last night. They had a good year though. We'll probably lose a few to the NBA next year.

 

Planning on putting my oem wheel and tires on this weekend and will see how much it helps with the mpgs… I’d be willing to bet if I drove a little slower I’d get better mpg

gotta check my brakes too. They’re a little squeaky. The dealer didn’t mention anything during the last oil change but if I have the wheels off already, I probably outta look.

Did you get your shop built?
Very nice find! I like the color, it reminds me of the Durango and Silverton narrow gauge railroad colors.

 

Took the truck for its yearly massage today. Jason really does great work. If you're looking for paint correction, coating or general detailing
give him a look. Since the wheels are new I had them coated. I think the matte finish looks better with the coating.





It's supposed to be 77 degrees tomorrow, sounds like a perfect day for wrenching. Maybe the ECGS bushing and IM rear springs will get done.

 

No shop yet. That's my buddy Corky's 40x60 shop that he just had built down the road from me. I think I introduced you to him last time you was up here on the mountain. The price to have the concrete brought up here is what's holding me up from having a pole barn built. I'm enjoying living totally debt free too much to make a expense right now, but I do need another shop.

Good idea about the work too. Try and get yourself an extra set of hands for those rear leafs. Really tough trying to get them in by yourself

I remember him, that's a nice shop. I need to get out there for a visit, it's been a while. We still need to go to the wing place in Paw Paw.

Do you watch 'Ghost Town Living' on YT? Its the old Cerro Gordo silver mine near Death Valley. The owner had a problem that needed massive amounts of concrete yet no one could deliver it to the town because of logistical problems. The problem was solved by using massive bags of sacrete that got mixed on site. Maybe something like that could work for you.
