Good morning everyone. I'm waiting for the computer to recover from the 2nd Solidworks crash of the day.

    :thumbsup::)

I've eyed up the Henery 45-70 a few times. I always get the 30-30 vs. 45-70 arguments. One day I'll splurge and get a nice lever action big boy rifle.

I have not. I’ve been to the cemetery and had another trip planned for later with a few tours arranged by our local senators office and then Covid. I’ve never tried again crowded places really aren’t my thing but I’m a lover of history. So I probably need to put it back on my list. The wife had gone with me on a transport and we stopped through for an afternoon on the way back. Just enough to whet my appetite to return and spend some time to beat around and look the place over.

The GWNMM has something like 9 or 10 floors, each floor is dedicated to a different appendant body (York Rite, Scottish Rite, Shrine, Grotto,....). They also have a replica of George Washington's original Lodgeroom in the museum. As well as a current active Lodgeroom [or all this was true in 2003 when I visited, I would presume it is all still there].

    Afternoon everyone :hattip:

Just got back from the VA and the doctor's visit went well . They want to run some tests to check how my kidney function is . They want to do an ultrasound and CT Scan plus a 24hrs urine sample . the 24hr urine collection will let my doctors know how much Creatine is being absorbed into my body

The first shot is better composition. The branches on both sides and the bottom draw your eye into the view.

Just make people wear grippie shoes on the dance floor if you’re serving shots of fireball. Mikala can fill you in on how that works out o_O

About 5 years ago I started working with a student who suffered a brain injury that left him with an Intellectual Disability and rendered him incapable of reading.

He spent most of his time hiding out from his peers in the Special Education Department. Started small, showing him how basic framing works and having him build simple projects with swizzle sticks and hot glue. Getting him to know the Motorists Handbook inside and out verbally. Flash cards for the road signs.

He’s a Senior now. Getting his drivers license. Assisting me as a Youth Apprentice and working with younger Special Education students. The rest of the time he’s got free run of the Tech Ed Department.

He just finished building this miniature, along with two full sized versions. One for his firewood business and the other on commission for another teacher.

I couldn’t be more proud of the guy.IMG_8498.jpg

    Truck is done.

Took them 4 days to figure out it was the steering rack. That's what I told them 4 days ago

    And 2 months ago.

Is it completely ready now or are you still waiting on strut parts?

Saw this shirt in St Regis MT on the way back from Whitefish/Kalispell.

One person came to mind immediately when I saw it. Who would totally wear it.

Shall we have a guessing game as to who it might be?

    Good Evening :hattip:

Awesome weather outside 78° and a light breeze . alot of people outside enjoying the nice weather including me . Even both my cats are enjoying this weather both perched on window sill ledges with the windows open

It sucks though that we've got a severe weather threat tomorrow with possible Tornadoes
