Hi all, am having a constant hard shudder/rumble. it comes and goes but is generally consistent at 30-45MPH comes and goes lasting 20-30 seconds. Stops for a few and then will start back up.
Does not do it when i drive the truck in 4 instead of D.

I have tried everything simple trans/driveline related besides swapping the TC with no fix.

I read today that maybe it could be the VVT solenoids? I had a engine light come on P0012 Bank 1 VVT about a month ago but it went away and I never thought anything of it. Has anyone had a similar issue and had the solenoids fixed the shudder?

Im looking at replacing the Solenoids. My truck is old and has 160,000miles and it Nickle and dimes me left and right. Im sick of putting money into it and would rather go aftermarket if i can. NTK or BeckArnley VVT solenoids as good as OEM? My engine light is always on. I just want my shudder to go away as its driving me insane.

    Thanks.

Haven’t tried that one. How many tubes should I try?

Have to read the labeling but it typically only takes one.
