The new England BS thread is the unofficial ford owners club at this point. I think me and Dennis are the only ones with a Tacoma anymore and he has a Porsche anyway.

 

You can have a delicious yet healthy meal for very low cost with local homegrown veggies, the Mrs. probably already told you that.

Cilantro Jalapeño Garlic Sauce

 

25lbs of tomatoes, 7lbs of aspargus and some end of season strawberries.

 

Ok.. stay with me on this one...

Surf and Turf Tacos.
Flour tortillas heated in a pan with Quesadilla Cheese, topped with Mississippi Pot Roast, topped with spicy deep fried shrimp, topped with another homemade coleslaw, this time made with a Cilantro Jalapeño Garlic Sauce.

 

You lost me at flour tortilla.

 

Even after I asked you to stay with me...

 

Bury that flour tortilla scourge further down the list.

 

WTF is wrong with a flour tortilla? It's a freaking taco dude.

 

Flour tortillas are better than a hot dog bun I suppose

 

Tacos are typically corn and very thin. Except for gringos and Taco Bell (texmex).
I’m an enjoyer and not a purist, but that may be the reason for your raspberry.

 

I love me some flour tortillas.

corn. or flour...whatever. all good.

 

It’s all good… I buy low carb flour cause corn doesn’t make a good burrito or plate mat for family style.
I’ll eat pupusas all day long… especially nopales

one year my brother and I did a hunting camp trip and didnt have a plate between us. we ate everything on a tortilla. fried rice, noodles...everything. it was fun.

 

Ethiopian food is this way… everything comes on a giant injera. That way cleanup is simple… roll it up and eat. Clean plates, no wasted water. Their Honey Wine is prett Spectacular as well…

 

Huevos Rancheros, the corn tortilla under the eggs are slightly fried crispy so they will wilt when the yolk is cracked

i do however like a wad of thinly sliced lettuce piled on top.
