    Because it is on the west coast which has better weather than the east. It is gorgeous in the summer. There are some many different types of terrain like the rockie mountains, the northern tundra, beautiful coast, dry deserts. the only bad thing is the insurance company.

    Oh ya it is. We have the highest insurance in the country! Too many idiots driving off the roads and cliffs.

    especially?? really! The rates for young drivers is rediculas here, so many winding roads. add in a little drinking and we got high rates.

    Not getting into the no fault laws or the lack of public health care here. Because we have the money to support our own asses and have no need for public health care. Our taxes are lower and profits higher for it, pal.
