    I had to add some flour to mixer to get it to lift off the sides of the bowl. Almost had a pizzadough feel to it but turned out soft like sammich bread. Also didnt rise like theirs but taste/texture is spot on.

    I don't do soft white bread. Only crusty variant with odd flours..........wait........that looks delicious !!

    Maybe next. My starter is getting very interestingly........well sour and smelly, but not in a bad way.

    Well im happy with the results. Eventhough it has a tablespoon of brown sugar you cant really taste it. Its soft and tastes great not too dense.

    Just reading a little on it some call it a sourdough. 10-12 day starter.


    The recipe i used is a milk bread kinda similar just not a lot of sugar.
