That one quickly made the block list.

 

Turned out that once we straightened the UBJ ring, it wasn't so ill fitting anymore. Actually needed the press to get the snap ring on, fit tighter than the one that was 'tight' before. First try we got the rings perfectly square with eachother, both at 88.5d from vertical. It was a bit sketchy bending that thin ring, and a lot easier than you'd expect. Welding a bunch of steel on top definitely made it feel better

Bought a trailer, drove 1600 miles, picked and brought home an 93 mr2 hardtop shell. Assembled it to a full roller at the dudes house. And now I have twins at home
