Well all has been quiet here for well over a year, luckily. Noticed in the past month the "business" across the street has been selling off equipment and trucks. Just noticed there's a For Rent sign out in front of it. Great. Wonder what riff-raff will come in there now. It has been quiet since they removed the old single wide trailer from the property last year. Used to be a mechanics shop so maybe it'll wind up one again. Guess that's the risk of living in an area with little to no zoning restrictions

The obvious solution is for @Delta09 to rent it.

1) Nice big shop
2) He would be his own neighbor
3) Property would be spotless

 

If I had another $2800 a month to spend I would have a new truck instead

Why ewe need 2 new trucks

 

Happens more often than not. My mortgage was sold before my first payment. Sold off to "The Money Source, the happiest mortgage company" Then it was rebranded, or sold, something like that after a year.

 

To annoy the crap out my my co-workers

 

I bought some wrenches from the MAC tool guy who is retiring a couple weeks ago. He had 3 sets of metric that went from 6mm to 32mm. One set was missing 21 and 22 and he sold the 3 to me for $50. I can get the other 2 and won't have full price in them

 

I bought a new Honda 4 wheeler when I was in my 20's, before I got it paid off I think the loan was sold 8 times and I paid it off early

 

Don't think I've ever had an auto loan or powersports transfer hands

Past couple of mine have been through a local credit union. Obviously my current one is through Toyota since it's a lease.
