    They're getting mine Friday :annoyed:

    Taxes and insurance are killing me at the moment and I've been throwing extra in the escrow each month. At least I won't have a shortage at the end of the year. Really need to get the property re-evaluated and get rid of the PMI. Insurance has it valued $110K+ over what I paid for it since it accounts for the garage and half bath addition.

    This adulting thing is not what it's cracked up to be :laugh:

    Most people my age aren't buying houses, so I got to at least do that :laugh:
