that salsa is: 1/2 a Vidalia sweet yellow onion, 1 habanero, 1 jalapeno, 2 garlic cloves, and 2 handfuls of plum heirloom tomatoes. Different colors, yellow, red, purple, salt & pepper. Boil all the ingredients then blend it smooth, adding boiling water to get desired consistency. Then salt & pepper.

They were all over the place when we lived up in the mountains near Yosemite, and in the communities surrounding Redding. Lots of oak trees for them to feed and roost in.

I bring burrito tortillas camping. Hot dogs, burgers, etc. For burgers you fold in half twice and use it as a bun. Tortillas don't get squished in storage and transport.

Turkey sausage doesn't hold up well - maybe it was because I froze it? I dunno. I've never had great luck with it, but it's still good :)

My pitboss tabletop pooper was 150$ at walmart on clearance at the end of the season.

That looks really good. All of the eggplant lasagna that I've ever had hasn't included meat so this is a new one for me.

...^^^... Walmart close to home has some super discounts on misc outdoors cookers at the end of the season.

Got 50% off on a big Blackstone with a broken box (all parts there too) at the end of the summer season. They need to make room for the Christmas stuff.

Yup! I nailed it, I think I got pellets on the cheap too. The bigger ones also absolutely were also on a super discount, but I just wanted the little tabletop guy. I had a (at the time) bigger duo gas/charcoal grill and used the charcoal side as an offset to smoke - worked like a charm. Gas side rusted through to the point where the mounts in the barrel for the burner tubes were cooked, so I ditched it at the beginning of last year to the great scrap yard in the sky. Neighbor was scrapping his Weber this year, so I grabbed it - everything was clean that needed to be, replaced the rest, and now I have a gas grill and the tabletop at least :p
