    Stumbled across interesting stats recently that the median age of home buyers is 56 years old in 2024, with first-time homebuyers averaging 38 yrs.

    There needs to be more affordable options for first time buyers. Back in my 30s I was happy with 480 sq ft.. guessing many others would be too.

    My wife and I started out in a 984 sq ft house, after having 2 kids we sold it and bought one around 1,800. I was 35 when we got married.

    I was told there was a new room added to our newest building.

    There was a pipe leaking.

    They cut the wall open to get to it.

    Instead of patching the hole they put a door in.

    Kind of felt like an April Fools joke when I opened the door.
