I’ve got my access cab with fold flat passenger and standard double cab drivers seat. Ice grey. Ideally I only want the passenger seat but Katzkin tells me they only do both buckets or front and rear.

I don’t know about him but I just need to replace the passenger seatback with a fold flat version since I ordered the wrong one from you by mistake.

I need the complete fold flat passenger seat in ice grey. Do you do door inserts? I want charcoal or gunmetal door inserts, current ones are grey and falling apart (I’d settle for black if nothing else darker than ice grey?$.

 

Ordered a set from John and finally had a chance to put them in 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with them and John was very helpful during the ordering process. He was responsive to any questions I had and kept me up to date on the slight delay in shipping from Katzkin

 

Ordered a set a couple weeks ago, paid in full now no reply. Hoping I have no reason to be alarmed.

 

You really shouldn’t. He’s been doing this for over 10 years, you’ll be alright. People get busy. Sometimes might just need a reminder.

 

I hear ya, I work full time and run my own company. 12 hours a day 6 days a week. I did send a message a few days (like a week) back and zero reply, just sent another. Reviews all seem positive so I’m not super worried but will be soon.

 

Yeah looks like he was last on yesterday night, hoping you hear back. But typically his response time is pretty quick.

 

Idk, when I ordered mine they came on time. My issue is I ordered the wrong ones and when asked about options, well, it's been many months with no resolution. Maybe I can sell them on marketplace. They are perfect, just won't work on my truck.

 

Hate to see it, just curious, were they ultimately installed on the truck and realized it wasn’t what you thought? I imagine these are so spec’d out that it’d be hard to resell on his part.

 

They are the basic grey, but with black inner panels. They look great, but they are for standard seats and mine are the fold flat. Never got to the point of doing anything beyond opening the box and looking at them.

Is it possible to heat and cool the back seats as well? At least the outside two?
