Been there.. done that.. it's not budging. It's seated all the way down and it was sideways force that caused it to break.

 

Put nut back on collet, tighten down and center punch, drill hole, remove the nut and try using an easy out to pull and twist it out

 

It's only a 1/4 shaft.. by the time I found an easy out to do that I could just buy a new router lol!
