Thank you! I loved lil b’s, his work and the customer service was amazing. I have his rear bumper and my lady has his front bumper and waiting for a rear bumper to drop for the 4Runner. I upgraded to fiiberglass flares and wanted something for sleek and the rock runner was what I saw I liked.

Anytime front camera mounted up. There wasn't any aftermarket for this specific camera for the V2 Pro grille so did a quick and dirty bracket fab with some Carbon fiber from a 777 I had laying around.

Need to shim it, it's angled down a little much. To be honest, the amount of work it took to wire this up nice, was NOT worth the work with how bad the quality of the camera is lol.

Cool feature nonetheless, I'm sure it's the head unit to blame, not the actual cameras.

They are all used to going in one direction, if you got any kind of crud in there sometimes it breaks it free.

Took the day off yesterday since it looked like it was going to be the best weather wise of the next five. Cleaned and changed the water in the hot tub and then put the IM medium leaf packs on the Taco.

Took me about 3 hours from the time I grabbed the tools to the time I wrapped up. The only pain was getting the driver side shackle in place. Had to pry the springs down with a bar to where I could get a drift punch in to align the holes. The IM U bolts could be 5/8-3/4 of an inch longer as there wasn't any thread exposed (still a couple threads showing in the nut) when using the nuts they shipped with so I ended up reusing the OEM nuts. Even with the OEM nuts there's only 2-3 threads exposed. Other than that it was a breeze. Sits about 1.25" higher than it did with the stock springs + AAL, guessing it will settle some over time. Took it for a short ride, so far I'd say the ride is better and more smooth over small bumps. Also seems to have taken away a fair amount of roll in cornering which is nice. Will probably grab a set of Timbren bumps soon as those OEM ones are kinda low now.

Previous to this we've done a Westcott Designs kit on the front, AAL, 4 Runner SEMA wheels w/ 285/70-17 Wildpeak AT4Ws and EGCS swap.

Added a spacer sleeve on the center pin because of the 2.5 degree shim I'm using between the spring and the axle. You can tell my c-clamps don't get used often. Time to clean them up and wipe them with oil.

Yes I put the bolt in the e-brake support :) Also note that they no longer have a bolt in the guide that sits next to the fuel tank. Guess enough people complained about it cutting in to the tank.

    Nice truck!
Is that a full sized spare under there?
Went to 265 from 245, like to get a 265 spare, not that I'll ever needed it :fingerscrossed:

It's full sized for what came on the truck stock. I need to get one. I wanted to go with the 255/85-16 for the spare, still 33" but will fit the stock 16" rim. For the others I went from the 16" wheels that came on it to 17" so I could go with load range "C" tires instead of "E". The 255/85-16 was on national backorder in February when I got the others.

Finally got the TRD Suspension Upgrade...next month is 4 years of ownership of my Sporty Skewp. :)

Since it's my USAF Anniversary/Retirement and I got a work Bonus last month, this is well-deserved suspension improvement.

I had a 2024 Tacoma Limited as a Loaner and I will say, the upgrade put me in the same/firmer ride.

    Thank you Newark Toyotaworld!

I'm one very happy Taco owner.

I Google-fu for fun. Looks like his Taco in the sat view! I was curious about the tree, too. Damn near the size of the garage door.

You should hit those c clamps with some wd-40 instead of storing them in the lake. :boink:

Looks great Jan. If not the dealer for service, where will you take it for service in the future?

Finally wrapped up the suspension with the ICON Multi-Rate RXT leaf springs (option 1). Paired up with Bilstein 6112/5160 and Bilstein B8 UCA's that I had installed a few months backtacoma.jpg tacoma2.jpg. California potholes are no longer an issue. I actually look forward to seeing them on the roads and smashing them.
