For the last 2 weeks (on & off) I have been working on compiling my taxes.

Today I dropped them off at the accountant. Yippity - skippity

I felt like a goof off afternoon was well deserved so I got out some 6011 rod and messed with the stick welder for 2 hours, the sun was out and it was a nice afternoon.

My welds still look like they were done by but I had fun.

They sell for good coin sometimes. I have one that only has drawers on one side in the garage office, it is so heavy I took it apart to move it. It is there for good, I'm never moving it again.

The office looks like a hurricane went through, worse than usual even.

It is incredible just how much paperwork can accumulate over a few years.

Been a while since I lit this oil lamp. This is it's second version. Originally it was made of pallet wood. I came across a piece of 100+ yr old wood from a home remodel. And added some brass for reflectors. It's handy in a power outage

 

Are those skulls?
