Same set I grabbed last week or so. I’m happy with it for sure. I think I’ll find myself using the longer bits more often and will swap to those in the future.

This will be my first time doing it myself so wish me luck. I've had them done before but I brought it someone.

Its not to bad but I would highly recommend buying the best metal blades you can and buy say 2 per cam bolt you have to cut. I highly recommend diablo blades in general, if you can find the auto dismantling ones they are amazing.

Grabbed a chainsaw on sale for my father in law today. I’ll have to watch the deals for a good size battery. He’s been “borrowing” my Makita version for an awful long time now so figured he would like having one and he’s got a decent amount of the red tools!

I can confirm that the Fuel impacts rule. I currently have 5, and 3 others have been lost/stolen.

Diablo Blades are definitely the way. I used to use the Milwaukee Torch blades but I heard good things about the Diablo blades from a buddy and they made quick work with the cam bolts also gave it a squirt of rapi tap to help it out. . I bought one of the Diablo metal circular saw blades for my M18 7.5 circular saw and it had no problems cutting my steels skid plates when I modified them.

what kind of blades are those?

i generally use the diablo carbide blades. they seem to last about 3-4 times longer than any of the bi-metal blades.

These blades, they are utterly amazing for slicing through metal quickly. They can be difficult to find in store, I discovered them at a ace hardware that is more stocked for contractors instead of DIYers.

This one is 9-13’ telescoping, not the quik-lok version.
Yup, same price as a gas echo but without all the upkeep. Just grab and go pretty much. That’s what has me interested.
