I know that's the brand to have if you want a top of the line conversion kit, but I think that most people wanting to use their dirtbike or ATV as a snowgoing vehicle aren't really in it for hardcore snowmobiling...as they would probably buy a snowmobile otherwise. My girlfriend's cousins live up in Kalispell and have recently bought $14,000 Skidoos . That's like twice as much as my Tacoma!

Mondwa, if you're able to provide competitive pricing on your kits (which I'm sure you will), I think you'll have a really successful business up there in the land of road legal ATVs/Snowmobiles and massive snowfalls.

Best of luck to you and your step dad!

Thanks man. Yea our set only run 1500 at most. We will be able to give breaks on bigger orders. Most atv/utv conversion kits run around 2500-2800 a set. Our sets are made more for affordable fun. not to make a killing.

    Yay.

Looks pretty professional, but it does look a bit boxy and sharp...maybe round out the edges of those elbows a little bit? Maybe if you painted the chrome black it wouldn't stand out as much...

I guess I prefer circular tubing to square.

And definitely run the wires under the grill and behind the lights.

So I'm getting ready to drop off my fender flares for painting and all of the local shops seem to be the same on price so the decision will depend on reputation...I have never dealt with any of the body shops over here so I just wanted to see if any of you Bozeman area people have any good or bad things to say about them.
I stopped by both McGinleys on Valley Center and AutoBody Experience

I had a class tour up down to Yellowstone last week and we saw two vehicles, both park employees. But snow does start pretty quick with a little elevation gain....

For those of you with lights on you truck, did you do anything to prevent them from being stolen?

Mac, no because I havent figured out how to do it... and Henry, I dont think they really sell them anymore. There is a thread on here somewhere where a displaced montanan was looking for some and couldn't find any. Someone mentioned a shop somewhere though...

NAPA has the mudflaps for the big trucks...don't think they make them for our size of truck though
