Reds always look good on (most) vintage vehicles, but it's starting to grow on me for modern stuff. Maybe it's because everything is silver / black / white.
Saw a tornado red GTI and a guards red 911 this week and both looked great.

Friend a few doors down got himself a new Badlands Bronco.

Looked pretty damn good up close. I can see now how it's a direct competitor to the Rubicon giving you front and rear lockers along with a sway bar disconnect.

Did he get the 7-speed manual? From what I've read, with the crawl gear and the right t-case/diff options you can get a 95:1 reduction.

I think the lowest overall reduction you could get factory in a 1st gen Tacoma was a 2.7L/w59 with 4.30 gears, which by my math nets around 44:1. Granted they're built around very different tire sizes, but still... that's almost double the reduction.

It's an auto, I didn't know they were offered in a manual.

Showed me how it's pre-wired to add additional accessories, space for dedicated air and more.

Ford really put a lot of thought into it and said "we're gonna make this mod-friendly, and offer a ton of accessories" and that's pretty damn smart.

It's a 4 door with the "almost 35s" as he says.

Manual is only available with certain trim levels/packages, and I think only with the 2.7 engine.

Ford definitely did their homework in making a cool platform to build from and go toe-to-toe with Jeep.

It'd be neat to see Toyota step into that market with a US-market 70 Series or something else more mod-friendly than the current Tacoma/4Runner/Land Cruiser offerings.

It's one thing when it's just like GameStop being the meme stock... It's a bit more dangerous when it's the entire US economy.

If I'd have bought GME options back in early 2021 instead of my first Tacoma I could probably retire now. Too bad I wasn't on reddit much back then.

I don’t own any at the moment, I’m tempted to buy though. They could keep going down though so idk.
