The guy that's working on it has a shop. He did running boards on her RX350 now he's looking at this for a leak.

 

I absolutely feel you on this...this has been my situation for the past year..... every which way I turn, theres something else that comes up.

Just finished the day with a car. The guy wanted an oil change, and he said replace the R/F tire (we don't have that tire in stock).
I'm assuming the service writer sold an alignment. Both front tires are bald, the L/F control arm is shot. I changed the oil and put it outside.

Car has 474,000 + miles on it.

Had a bunch of vintage 911s outside, some with numbers on em.

 

I just had mine at https://musantemotorsports.com/ to get rotors and pads at all four corners. I was going to do them myself with @super_white but I needed somebody that could sign-off on the brake flush and track inspection. Headed to Watkins Glen late this month for track time over two days.

Let me just throw this out there...

I have a line painted on the ramp to my shed.
When the camera line is even with the ramp line it let's me know my back tires are right at the edge of the driveway.
Let's me park in exact same spot each time

 

An absolutely miserable weather day.....BUT took the day off to install the bumper and winch.

 

Soccer game for the kiddo in Norwalk at 6 today, in the rain..

Pulled off a 3-1 win. Soaked and cold, both of us.

 

I think I'll drive it for a bit and make the final decision. I always back in and those are the lines for the front camera. I do think that I need to turn the front camera slightly as the picture might be a bit skewed.
Tomorrow I'm going to remove the split tubing that I have on the wires going to the switch and just tape them up. It will give me a little more room behind the panel. Then I'll install the dash pieces and radio. I also ditched the t-harness idea I had and just tapped into the wires at the back of the radio for + and - illumination wires for the switch. Less crap behind the radio.

It's a nice product but there is some room for improvement.
