Clunking/popping noises while driving

    Front body mounts were totally messed up. Should have gotten the bearing inserts as well, but just replaced the bushing part with new OE. Sounds way better now

    Glad to hear it seems that you might have solved your problem. For others looking for answers for potential culprits, I will add that My TRD pro skid plate made clunking and popping noises after I tweaked it a bit on the trail and it took me forever to diagnose. Turned out that it had shifted a bit and when it flexed it would rub while going over bumps and turning. An extra washer for clearance was all it took to fix the issue, but it was frustrating trying to diagnose.

    Yeah it didn't fix it LOL. I didn't replace the inner bearing inserts so I plan on doing that next. I'll try the washer on the skid plate idea too thank you.
