I did. They got shitty and said "Jimmy John's doesn't toast sandwiches. Try subway."

That was years ago. I still don't give them my business. You only get to make one first impression.

There use to be a chicken place in the gas station by my apt, I lived in years ago.
Best fried chicken around here. You could buy leftover chicken out of the gas station cooler, the next day for cheap.......

Then they took it out and put in a Subway....
That's the same day I boycotted Subway.

 

They literally do though. Businesses evolve markets change. Starting this year. Jimmy John's will toast anything in the store if you ask them.
