Precheck is nice. If I'm flying with you and you don't have precheck... I'll see you at the gate.

I always seem to get extra scrutiny when I go through the regular line and they see precheck on my boarding pass. My wife doesn’t have it so I’ll slum it in the regular line with her and I’ll always get peppered with questions about why I’m there, like I’m trying to do something nefarious… I thought “I’m not ditching my wife” would be a reasonable enough answer, but apparently not!

Interesting, I've never had that happen. Sometimes the regular line will have a little precheck card they'll hand you so you can still get semi-special treatment. They did that at the old "secret" "bridge security" line at Denver because it didn't have a TSA lane.

    Haven't seen CF in awhile!

You ever run those old Sony memory sticks? They were shaped like a stick of Wrigley's.

Only in my PSP, oh and my mom had a Sony camera that took them. But I think eventually Sony was like hey uh here's a memstick to MicroSD adapter cause we gonna stop making these things no one else but us uses.

Had shit on my external drive (I use an extra m.2 in an enclosure) but the only SD card reader I've got is the one built in my old laptop

Cybershot, those were the cameras I remember using them. Bought one for my ex, and yeah I totally forgot the PSP used one.

Sony Viao computers/laptops and even TVs had slots for them right? Man, there was a bit a pushback over buying into certain ecosystems back then.

I definitely have like 4-5 of them still between that camera and my PSP but the only computer I have that can read them is a Sony Vaio Windows 98 era Pentium II "media PC" desktop. I don't have any multi card readers with that slot anymore and certainly no laptops (Vaio laptops were fragile and haven't found many good survivors).

I don't think so, never really had many Sony products outside of my trusty Walkman

That CF card in my hand was part of the batch of them my boss brought over for me to find photos on that had tiddy pics on them :bananadead:

    true that

i have approximately 0 interest in most movies released past the late 2000s. idk, feels like everything went to chit when they just started greenscreening every scene. ill take cheesy practical effects over hdr-maxxed cgi everything
