Had a 14" 025 older than that. Great pruning saw till the recoil got destroyed.
Old timey Stihl shop near my work place went through a ton of old parts bins with no luck. Nothing online, so out it went.

Very cool. Wierd thing to tweek over, but as a kid, my Dad wired us to love rock walls. His grandfather was a stone mason/quarry worker. When his Dad built the family home just before WWII, he was a child and watched as his dad and Pépère build a wall much like that. Then when I was kid, he would put cobblestone walks and small raised flowerbeds/foundation planting, built from stone, all over our property.

Anyway, much respect. Good way to spend your time, in my view.

Thanks! We've been training with an offshoot of the British Dry Stone Wall Association, learning traditional dry stone techniques for a few years. There's another group, Dry Stone Conservancy, out of Kentucky, that does similar stuff. We really like it and it adds a lot of options to what we offer clients in terms of hardscape features, plus we can wall in the winter when we can't do flat work or plants.

Anyone can do it, you don't have to be big and strong. We did a training in central PA last year with the only female DSWA Master in North America, and she's one of the smallest adults I've ever met.

Reminds me my inspection is due next month. Truck goes in for a 6mo oil change next week. Sucks I can't get it inspected there as it's in a different state :annoyed:

If they didn’t leak, they wouldn’t lube the chain..

I’m pretty sure this is a non factory leak, the bottom of the saw case is a towel soaked with oil. Wait, it’s a conspiracy by Stihl to make me buy more oil . Morning Mike :hattip::D
