crazy taxi is hard, i never really got good at it lol

 

the arcade cabinet version felt impossible too

 

The brakes barely work, you easily lose traction trying to take off from anything that isn't the street, and turning sucks

Make it even more fun playing on an awkward AF controller

Had a bunch of roms I tried creating a card for only for nothing to work. Downloading the same games, in the same format, from another source, and now suddenly they're working (the 4 I tested). So maybe it was just the way the files were ripped/formatted?

Which is weird cause they all work for PC emulation, but the same file type won't on my GDEMU.

 

I need to sell off my Genesis games to make up for the cost of Everdrive cartridges.

Trying to consolidate my physical games to just roms on my actual consoles.

PC emulation is fun, but playing with the actual controller on TV is way better. Just rather take away the physical media aspect of it all.

 

man I got back into a starfox 64 kick around Christmas, that game is comfort food for me

 

I haven't had time to finish TOTK, but once I eventually do I need to re-play Ocarina of time

Not to mention a ton of different NES games that didn't have a built-in battery/save

Some games were just a pain, like Rygar.

 

I broke out Guitar Hero on ps2 last weekend...still legit.

I really liked playing Rocksmith. It was on an actual guitar/bass so you could play for real and was easy enough to learn songs.

 

I dunno how both guitars still work after all I played on my own and then surviving college dorms ++++

super mario bros with duck hunt was the OG life though; throw in a game shark and super mario bro 3 and life was good. Also still have my grandmothers Atari (the sears version, lol).

I had the teal n64 that I traded my cousins gensis and two games for only two 64 games. 64 got traded for ps2 games and she still lives on...

and I bought it used at gamestop for $35 including 2 controllers and 2 games
