What are you thoughts on using a smaller pulley at higher altitude? I live at 80% air density from sea level.

It came like that. Would be crazy without it imo. It was already quite a task getting it put together as is. I guess I got lucky

I’m considering the same. I live at 5000’ and typically only go from here

What size pulleys come “stock” on these Toyota procharger kits?
What sizes correlate to a given amount of boost increase?

Provharger website says the 2016 kit comes with a D-1SC provharger with a 6 rib, and 7-8psi. They don't list the pulley size on their site.

Thanks that’s really helpful @PhoS. I’m assuming the boost levels given are for sea level?

Is there any changes in tuning that need to be done? I’m planning on getting the OTT tune. I dunno how high of manifold pressure their fuel and I’m timing maps go up to.

You will need a tune. It's not a OTT. Magnuson comes with it, not sure about the procharger.

Yes. Those levels can also vary depending on your intercooler, intake piping, air filter, etc. It's more a ballpark figure and will need to be tested. Changing a pulley will require a tune adjustment.

For some reason I can’t figure out, my RTD won’t read my stock tune with TDN. Firmware is up to date. I don’t see VCM editor anywhere in the App Store. Any suggestions?
This is what it shows on screen:

The TDN network doesn't work for Toyota controllers (last we spoke with HPT). You'll need to use a Windows based laptop and use "RTDFlasher" program to read your truck.

Did ProCharger advise you to use TDN?

Yeah. I tried using the RTD flasher and couldn’t get my laptop to see it when connected to usb. I called Procharger and the guy told me to use the TDN app because he said there’s no longer support for the windows program. Any tips on how I can get my windows 10 laptop to pick up the RTD? Thanks.

So it sounds like the TDN app was able to communicate to the RTD via bluetooth on your phone? It just won't read the ECM?

That's correct. It's connected to my phone but then says it's not supported when I try to read the stock ECM tune. I just want to run the OTT tune, but my local OTT guy say I have to run the Procharger tune first before he'll load the OTT tune.
Truck has been done, just sitting in the garage needing a tune to load.
I used that same video to set up the RTD on my phone

Send us an email and we'll get you the software you need to load your ProCharger tune if they didn't provide this to you.

Please mention your situation and that you need the RTDFlasher software after speaking with JustDSM

Thanks for the help. I emailed just now explaining the situation. I'll keep messing with it after work today as well to get this figured out hopefully sooner than later.

The TDN app wont work for Toyota, I'd save your energy. We'll send you the proper software.
