I know it's probably a silly question, but I saw one for sale really cheap locally. Just wondering if anybody could tell me what it actually bolt up and not hit anything? Somewhere I read on one of these that the sides on a second gen are longer. I don't think that would bother me too much if the sides on the third gen bumper we're just shorter as long as everything else worked.

A third gen is about and inch wider than a 2nd. I've seen photos of the bumper from a third bolted to a 2nd and it stuck out just a little bit. But it depends if you are talking oem bumper or aftermarket. There could be issues beyond just looking a little off.

It's just a cheap Hook Road aftermarket bumper. But at a third the cost of a brand new one, I thought if it fit it might be worth throwing on for now.
