Going to need longer shackles for sure.... max droop currently and not even all of the shock is being used....
    IMG_20250312_162952_183.jpg

But... have to figure this out as how it sits right now... will hit the frame at extension and then when tucked will hit the tire...

Tire rubbing can be fixed with running spacers and then looking at maybe different offset wheels at some point...

Picked it up yesterday! Now to take it all apart, clean, prep, paint, route wiring, wire everything up, start installing the long list of things I have...

Bed Cage is pretty much painted completely, forgot to take a finished picture of it... but at this point, I can start doing wiring and all that really fun stuff.

How are you securing your fuel filler neck?

I will have to take a picture of it, but there is a tab welded to the front bar for the bolt on the neck to secure too and then at the top it fit into a piece that he cut and welded to the fender and it locks in place. It is very secure once it is all mounted up.

Lots of progress made over the last week...

Suspension is fully back installed and ready to go, have just left the rear wheels off to give me more room to work on things.
JD Fabrication / Howe Power Steering Upgrade done besides bleeding the lines - waiting on fluid to be delivered.
Rear wiring finished up last night with the secondary sPod, relocated the air compressor to the back and reran the air locker air line.
Got the taillights done, winch rope installed besides fulling spooling it on the drum, whips wired in, all the rear lights wired in, rock lights rewired up.

Installed secondary electric fan last night and wired in to the front sPod...
Redid the wiring under the hood with SDHQ Battery Terminals, moved the Baja Designs LP6 wiring to the spod, XL80s wired in, and all that is left for the front is the 40" S8 Bar to wire in.
