    This plate is $15. It typically would be Ribs or Chicken, but he knows me and hadn’t seen in a good while, so he gave me some of both. It’s an insane amount of food, but that’s just how the truck is… it’s a running joke that it’s 3 meals worth!

    EDIT: the second photo is what’s underneath the top layer of meats…
