    Morning folks. Not much on tap today. Patiently waiting for our daily driver to emerge from the body shop. It's getting a body panel replaced, and a check-over to make sure no other damage. The "loner" is a brand-new POS. Wife has rescheduled an upcoming doctor appointment, just to avoid driving it the 100mile round trip. She doesn't like it. I offered her my 06 Tacoma, she declined. Whew... that was close. :burp: I worry when anything is in the body shop.. especially this time, when it's being paid for by someone else's insurance.

    Good morning. Up at 05:30 need to be ready for an 07:00 walk. PT today at 10:30. I like early PT better than PT in the late afternoon.

    Walking 3 times a day is working well for me. I am walking more than I have in a lot of years. I try to walk after meals, and I feel a lot better because of it.

    Today's breakfast is a protein shake made with a yougart added to the shake.

    I am blessed to have a lot of sidewalks where I live. There is one loop we walk with no sidewalks.

    Good morning, and a pleasant Friday to everyone. Going to get a haircut today, we have a family event tomorrow. Not much else happening. Probably cook up some pasta for dinner. Supposed to start raining later on today.
