I know my wife is good at her job but the question I had for her last night is not exactly in her scope of practice.

I got home and told her that the right side of my chest, the right, upper side of my back and my right forearm were all irritated. Lightly touching them stings. Clothes rubbing on them stings. The closest I can get to describing it is like a sunburn. It doesn't hurt, it's just annoying. And since I have to wear clothes at work, it's constantly annoying.

With zero hesitation she says that I've probably irritated the T1 dermatome nerve.

The tool in me said "that's what i figured".

She pulled up a picture and sure enough everything lines up with what I'm feeling.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this information yet but at least I know I'm not having the big one.

Changed the ice dispenser lever, it’ll be as dirty as the rest of it soon enough. White and shop don’t get along.

Couldn’t retrofit my old slides on my 2 boxes. Heavy drawers are not fun

In the immortal words of Penn Jillette, "Sick baby-twisting mother :censored:."

It's a nerve problem, likely stemming from the muscle, not the spine. I'd be better off getting a massage but with as irritated as my skin feels, that sounds like torture.

Good morning guys, have a great Friday!

I’ve got to agree with Will and Murph, go see a chiropractor. It can’t hurt and will probably help get over it.

Check out this shipping story o_O

I ordered the part for the ice maker Weds.

Tried to track it Thursday, it said tracking not available.

I get home Thursday, it’s on the front porch :)

I just got a text saying my part is shipped, it’s Friday and it’s already installed :burp:

    I agree too.
This January I was really hurting, he worked over some muscles in my lower back and used an electric cattle prod gadget on me.

I left really feeling it and (for once) did as I was told - went home and put the heating pad on it. By the next day it was noticeably better.

I went back for 2 "tune up" adjustments and done. :bananadance:
