Don't want to start a pissing match. Anywhere here goes. How many of you who have leather seats cover them up with seat covers? I don't understand it leather seats are nice and you want to keep them clean and pristine but, what's the point in covering them up. Let's see a show of hands.

I can see covering them from a protection standpoint, but I have mine uncovered. The seat covers I have see don't fit that well and kinda look like crap

I dont have leather seats because i hate them. But im pretty sure the factory seat heaters only come in leather seats.
The way toyota groups trim packages you pretty much get what you get. If i was "building" a new truck and opted for the higher tech packages which only come with leather seats, i would have seat covers ordered before i even took delivery on the truck

I’ve had vehicles where the leather started to crack, but not many are covering Tacoma leather.

Not an issue for me - my wife despises leather seats, so I have the cloth.
But if I had my way about it I would absolutely opt for the Fine Corinthian Leather.... like we see in the Cordoba... LOL

I'm old enough to remember those commercials ...
I remember when the price of a brand-new VW Beetle first sold for $2,000 - and I went ballistic over that much money for one.
I'm so old I remember when the dead sea was still alive...

But to the point at hand - I have no dog in the fight one way or the other.

Bought my truck used and didn’t have a say on seat material, so that’s why my leather is covered. In fact I call the wrecking yard every month or so looking for a powered drivers seat. If it was cloth it’d be a bonus for me.
I hate leather. Looks like crap, feels like crap, slippery, hot in the summer and cold in the winter…
Threw neoprene on them and now I’m set with the benefit of them being waterproofed

I have covers on my leather because I work around grease and oil a lot and don't want to trash the seat.

If you’re Tacoma was stainless steel, what color paint would protect it from rust the best? o_O

This is the point of this entire website.... to throw stuff out and see what sticks to the wall.

I think we should post a poll - was kllbree out of line...
