Knocked the clock off my bedstand sometime last night, made a hell of a noise. Broke it into small pieces... looks like a puzzle exploded. Maybe it did? IDK. Talk about an abrupt wake up! I keep it too close. I'll get another, maybe two. My life is boring most of the time, but every so often, YEOWW! Wouldn't have it any other way.

    Morning all:

Raining here, but woke up to a light coating of snow which is commonly referred to as the onion snow around here.

You can add me to that list also!
I have several on the dresser in the bedroom and always set the alarms on two of them during hunting season, I don't like being late!

I "THINK" I have a Blitzenburger fletching jig somewhere, I need to find it!
That's the problem, I "THINK" that I bought one a long time ago to replace a few vanes on arrows and haven't used it since, hopefully it's not just a figment of my imagination!
The best part of looking for something is that I usually find other things that I forgot that I had!

Spring is here in Northern California and I’m starting the planting of my annual veggie garden. Started planting gardens when I was a little kid planting an annual garden with my dad. Have missed very few years since then.
Today I’ve got 5 tomato plants to get in the ground, 3 early girl and 2 other varieties. Also going to plant some cucumbers, zucchini, and eggplant, radishes and spring onions. Tomorrow I’ll plant more stuff and get my drip irrigation set up. By the end of tomorrow my back will be screaming so it’ll be a day or two of sitting in the recliner . Happy Saturday all.

There was so much going on at the convention I literally didn't have any time to play so much as a "slot machine" (if such a thing even exists any longer). I made lots of new contacts and feel very gratified folks "of a certain age" are still valued in many industries; if the job opportunity with Google doesn't pan out (formal interviews start Monday), it is nice to know I have several other companies interested in interviewing me. :)
