Keyless Touchpad - Anyone success online directly from Toyota?

I’m wondering if anybody has successfully ordered the keyless touch pad unit (P/N: 00016-00606-DL) themselves online directly from the Toyota website? Or, could it be that because it ends in “DL” it denotes a dealer only item?

I’m asking because I went online to order this item like I do every other part. It brings up items, but none of them at all related to the keypad. I know there’s an online dealer that sells it if I order it from them. But, I prefer to order online and have it shipped to my house without having to make time to go to a dealership. And if I order it myself I can get any promotions Toyota is offering as well as free shipping.

Has anyone been able to order this part themselves, or must I find time to take a trip to a dealer?

It’s a port installed option only in the southeast that could be the reason it’s hard to locate. I did find one from an eBay seller if you want to go that route. It’s sold direct from Treasure Coast Toyota.
