Have you ever cold smoked any honey?

I used a glass baking dish in the smoker so it's easy to clean and pour out.

Just carried a load of scrap to the other place, what a hot mess. 18 wheelers everywhere blocking people in, each other, don't care. 1 was nice enough to back up about 100 yards to let me out, I rolled my window down and thanked him.

Think I'll wait a week and see if the other place opens up before taking the 2 big chunks.

@koditten and anyone else who has a mini split system, how do you like it?

I'm toying with one for the shop, can't decide if I should get one big enough for just the office/bathroom area or the entire shop. It's 30' X 36' and insulated.

I don't want to try and cool the shop, mainly just won't one for heat if I don't feel like burning wood in the stove.

What brand do you have or recommend?

I put a Fujitsu 15k and 9k in the house last fall. The cooling works awesome and the heat output is very good as well. Just make sure to clean the filters often if your shop is as dirty as mine.
Edit: also get the ground mount instead of the building mount if you can, you won’t hear the outdoor unit that way.
