I put notes together for this year already. Whisky ridge Friday was the top note.

Trail 39 and Excalibur were notes 2 and 3, tied for second most important thing to remember.

    Other important notes:

I would think 10-12. Columbus day is the 13th.

I also vote that Rob brings smoked cheese!

I’ll decide on what food to bring closer after seeing what others are bringing. Don’t need 5 chicken dishes.

i also found out last year that the fire rings/ wheels fit a large Weber grill grate(top grill) on top perfectly and the lid seals nice. Nice to have your grill without bringing the whole base.

We will of course have the smoker. Since we're not doing a pig this year should have plenty of space. Like I said, leaning toward prime rib but could also do racks of ribs. If anyone has preferences let me know.

:spy: Let me see what I can make happen. I don't have that offset anymore, I only have a tabletop pellet pooper that can't run cold enough. But I bet I can figure something out.

Same, I'll see what makes sense once things get filled in. That jerk chicken.... I still have wet dreams about it. I still have notes about that BBQ sauce from last year, if I make it/them again, I will 100% be using different containers  those were a disaster.

Smoked sausages always hit hard, in my opinion. And they go quick like 3-4 hours.

PS For the same reason I have Monday off - I would vote that Columbus day weekend, but I can do either.

I was laughing just because of the timing of finding that.

I won't ever turn it down, but I know that's a bear to make and transport. I have to make it again soon though, it's been a while, and I haven't been able to sneak out to San Diego to get my fix on.

I'm going to wait and see what falls in for what people are bringing and then go from there. I am not above trying to pull off campfire baguettes.
