    Friday night at the liquor store. As I was getting ready to leave, this asshat parked next to me. Took him three tries to get it where he's at, younger couple in the car. No HC symbol on the plate or placard in windshield that I could see. :smack:

    As a pedestrian I was once nearly run down by some punk with a placard driving FULL speed into a handicap space. They need to enclose a note when they issue those parking credentials: "This is not a license to kill"....
