You must have something special. All the used ones I drove had black dashes with the graphite accents, and when I got my new LR it was the same.
I like it though...I guess I'm into basic. And that means yours can be unique if it wasn't that common.

My Cement taco came with the inferno dash trim. Matches the black interior with orange stitching.

    This and that
I have such mixed emotions about this.
Part of me is pissed these aren’t so readily available down here.

But also glad because it would just interrupt and change my whole setup.

I totally get that. There are some similar options state side. I did buy the truck to adventure though. So finding my ideal flatbed to be in Canada just meant I had to convince a beauty to sit passenger on the ride out in exchange for a couple of days of chasing hot springs in Banff on the way back.

I’ve found that I’m getting better at creating excuses for myself.

Nice looking truck, what brand of rack is that and was it easy to install? did it bolt to the existing inner bed rails or does it clamp under the edge of the bed?

Well, now I’m uncertain what package or standard resulted in the matched dash. I have one of the lower tech packages from ‘18. BSM and rear cross traffic. No JBL. No sunroof. No dual zone hvac. Blacked fender flares and paint matched bumper end caps. Whatever configuration that was, it came with a paint matched dash.

I guess I just assumed it was standard. It’s grown on me. At first I thought it was a little bold. But 7 years in and I’m good with it. :)

Maybe it was an inferno thing?

I purchased a 22 TRD-Offroad, mine came with BSM and parking sensors, with painted front and rear bumpers, however my fender flares were non painted. i did get JBL and dual HVAC, and sunroof and crawl control ( which i have yet to use) but my dash is black with an off grey trim pieces, that i blacked out myself with kits i purchased online.

did you pay with credit card or paypal? If so, initiate a chargeback. services paid for not rendered. they will respond with either a refund or do it properly, on their dime.

if you didn't pay with credit card or paypal, well, hopefully you will in the future!

edit - since the company shipped the bolts back to you - they are the party that must initiate any sort of shipping insurance claim. Just FYI if they try to tell you to contact USPS. THEY are the customer, so THEY must file the claim. Hope this helps.

I went with the Icon Impact, it’s kinda heavy but when you’re putting on a winch bumper that should be expected.

My bank already sided with me and credited back the charge. That was my understanding as well regarding a claim with usps.

Well, was the t-case vent clogged??
At least pull the fill plug after driving around a while to see if it still has pressure/vacuum...

I know there is a use for it, but for a daily driver, all I can see is a lot of metal on metal rattling noises every time you hit a bump in the road... lol
I can see it for hardcore overlanding and or commercial use, but too much noise for a DD...
    But looks very well made...

I didn't know the numbers even went that high, all I have seen is mid 200's...:rofl:
And yes, my truck is a SR5 rwd with OEM 245's...Granted, most of my driving is less than 2 miles round trip... lol

When I was looking for my RWD SR5 21,22 or 23, I saw one B-Red with red stitching, red dash trim and 1/2 red door panels (don't know what to call it), don't remember what/if package it was, might have bought it but couldn't get passed the door panels... lol

Tcase vent seemed to be working as designed; letting hot expanded air out, and closing the seal, therefore when cooled creating vacuum all the while vehicle cooled to and then sitting at ambient air temp. So the whoosh of air I heard when loosening the fill plug on the fluid change was vacuum. Yes that is less worrisome than a buildup of pressure above ambient air, I didn't like it nonetheless. When removed, I blew on the removed OEM vent and was able to blow out, but suction proved it was shut tight.

So on the installed vent lines, there are no kinks, and no leaks presently, I'll keep an eye on it and check again next fluid change; that was a fresh washer gasket on the fill plug assembly. The new filter allows blowing into, and sucking from; both non-restricted. So I'm not worried.

Sidenote: I previously owned a more capable 4WD vehicle, and when I'd drive it we normally searched for obstacles to overcome, especially water. Each time after taking it out I had to change gear oil due to breather location, seepage, etc. I didn't want that same maintenance requirement with this 'modern' Tacoma. And, I'm hearing stories about that front dif and dif actuator breathers, some folks are getting those mangled up due to water entering the breather, I'm getting worried again.:(
