    this is the way.

    cooks more evenly, as well. We do the same with our Thanksgiving bird every year.

    Thank you, I use one of the wood paddle ones, just doesn't seem to get down and clean it enough for my taste. I will pick up the one of the Weber ones. I'm not a fan of Chinesium, I would rather pay a little more for quality.

    I have this one. Has sat outside (under the carport…) for about a year and a half, no rust yet. Gets a little clogged easily but other than that I can’t complain

    I may have to give it a try. The pure wood paddle one just isn't cutting it will enough. On my old one with the thinner wire racks it was fine. The recteq is beefy though and it just doesn't seem to get them clean enough for me.
