Calling all Virginians (Tidewater area)

hello from chesapeake. i am the proud owner of a 2011 pyrite access cab 4x4 (my first taco). im trying to get the rear leaf tsb done. ive tried to go through checkered flag and after talking to "my service writer" don't want to even have any further dealing with them, SHE seemed clueless. so my question is has any one had this done painlessly and if so where?

 

thanks for the reply. i told her that and she asked me to load my truck up and bring it in. i told her i had 2 slipped discs and that wasnt gonna happen. i agree a lift is the way to go but figured id get some 5100 for the front and let toyota lift the rear. i have big plans but this is all the wallet will allow, for now.

Oh, and if you plan on doing the 5100's, do that first, then the TSB directly after. This way you get an alignment for free. That is what I did...

I only have 3 ft antenna, wish 4 but to late now. Also try to get 18 ft minimum of coax cable it will provide the best tuning, i went from 9 to 18 and it dropped my meter on every channel.

well, next week wouldnt be so bad. i am goin to be on nights instead of days like i thought. also might be able to get outta here on fri alot sooner. depends on a few things. this weekend would be great to do it tho. if next week, need to start early, so i can leave and be home by 330 to get read yfor work

 

Me has jack stands, torque wrence, garage, music, vacation till the 29th. Just need chock bocks to prevent you from rolling forward. oh yeah, and air!

 

yeah, i got everything in. just needed the stud that connects the antenna to the ato mount. its at the house right now. and i vote we do it at linwoods if burry is down for that

 

Just have to find out when the aals get here if its not here by the weekend it will.just be the cb install
