Baja Design Squadron Sport LED lighting . Factory made, backup light kit. operated from stock wiring plug and play through trailer hitch connection.
“Snakepilot”, I’m already in the process of updating the exhaust. I thoroughly used the Old exhaust system offloading, and after the accident the insurance company put on a new rear exhaust Resonator/ tip.

I’m probably going to take the damaged exhaust and cut the tip away and make a rear dump so it doesn’t keep getting bashed in or just do an axle dump exhaust for 100 bucks.

"2) Do I need to order the new harness? I likely could have made the stock harness and parking sensors work, but I didn't try" I just got my ARB bumper and maybe I'm being a cheap ass but really wondering if I can make the stock harness work. any one try installing stock harness

If you have the bumper you should give it a try. The clips don't line up to attach the harness to the bumper, but you could use zip ties. Not promising it will work, but I laid it out against everything real quick and it "seemed" like it would work. All the connections are the same.

My Dealer said I could return the harneess if I didnt need it. I just decided to go with the new one instead of trying the old one. Post back if you go that route and how it worked.

    Nice installation. Looks sharp.

Is the sole function of the harness to power the backup lights? I don't have parking sensors, and would skip the harness if that's all it's for.

I finished installing this morning. The og wiring harness did work well. No issue blind spot monitors work with out a hitch. My only issue is that the spacing isn’t 100%. I can’t figure out if this is a Tacoma lean issue for if my trucks frame is some how twisted. Or maybe quality of the bumper… but I have. An uneven gap in the corner of the bumper where the plastic covers the blind spot monitor on the left side. Hard to see it.but the measurement are the same… just annoys me.

Did you have to get new sensors? Or did the original wire harness and sensors work?

If you were reusing the old sensors, wouldn't you have to paint them? Like if you had a white truck? Or am I missing something?

You don't have to paint them. That may impact its sensitivity.

Mine did not match the Bronze Oxide paint, they were black

Are you saying your sensors are white? If so, you could put white sensors in

If only two are white, you could replace those with the ones ARB supplies that are the same part number as stock. I didnt test that. My guess is the two with different part numbers is what wasnt recognized in the computer

Or you could install all 4 have then registered/calibrated at a shop that knows how
