I always watch as well. And I have no problem telling them what to do haha. Like @Wulf I get jabbed a bit routinely and often you get a newbie who starts looking for a vein in a new spot, just gotta tell them to wait a minute or give me something to squeeze and it'll pop in the same ol spot.

 

I wrote one up the other day cuz he wouldn't get off his damn phone and that caused him to almost cry.

 

Time off TikTok or Insta is like dog years for 'em.

Whenever I try this, I get a login prompt after scrolling through the first 2-ish pages of results. Do you have a way around that?

No but generally unless I’m on it endlessly doom scrolling I don’t get that. I have my 6 or so things I search for every day. Sometimes multiple times a day.

 

I layed some guy off and of boy was that eventfull. But same kinda thing dude kept missing days and when he was here he was always on his phone. He only came to work for 8 of the 15 days i had him employed with us

Same. I also get a login prompt after viewing one listing. So even if I searched for say Tacomas, looked at one ad, then go back and click another, you get the prompt.
Besides, you can't message them anyway, so they'd have to list contact info their ad copy.
