I am trying to dress up a well love 2014 double cab prerunner to give my son for his 16th birthday. What are the best fitting seat covers that I can get? Looking for full coverage and would like them to look like a reupholster job without paying the reupholster price. Of course my searching has resulted in a ton of advertisements popping up on Facebook.

Clazzio seat covers. I just ordered mine after years of debating with myself. Every single review I've seen say they look like factory leather and last forever. Custom orders take 10-14 weeks for delivery but they have some that they keep in stock.

Clazzios fit pretty well, although they have some odd spots where they're randomly loose. Also they are a nightmare to install, but supposedly they last forever!

I bought a pair from www.wetokole.com 8 years ago. They are still going strong.

Those are some quality stuff, mine lasted 10 years, just replacing them now. I will say once they start color fading from sun they fade fast, my black went grey in about a year once it started.

They certainly are good quality... My black seats did fade a bit over time as well. You buying from them again, or going a different route?

The Katzskin quote I got was a reupholster job and was going to be $1900 or so plus tax. Trying to stay in the $500-700 range at most.

Rough Country, best bang for the buck. Great fitment and easy clean up especially with my boys.

Yep the way I went - I guess it depends on how he will use his truck - I go off road and I am pretty rough in terms of getting it dirty etc. but if you are looking for a nice leather interior then no probably not what you want.

My Clazzios have been on for 5+ years now and still look great to me. That little bit of unstretched part is because I was too lazy to tighten that strap underneath and it's been like that since I installed but they've held up great!

The one you can buy from the dealership are a perfect match, have Tacoma embroidered on them, are easy to keep clean and will last about ten years (longer if you park yours in a garage or use a sun visor which I don't)

I would like something nicer and prettier, but I have to give another vote for the Rough Country. They fit well, they're durable and pretty easy to clean, and they're half the price of better stuff. For a start they are a great option. If you decide to spend more, you might as well look at the best quality because there isn't much in between IMO.

I bought the Cover Kings in '21 through Costco which offered a significant discount. If I were to do it again I would want them in all grey (I'm not sure that is an option) as the black was the first to show age by fading. This Taco isn't garaged and it's my only vehicle. I have only wiped/brushed them off, never removed to clean. The wear through started about 6 months ago. I wish they lasted longer but I think they did pretty well for what I paid. I am considering them for replacements and I wish I could just buy the driver's seat.

I've run Clazzios in two different cars. They hold up great and fit almost like the seats were reupholstered.
