So the shop that adjusted my circlip Did not align the shock properly. Can I turn this or does the spring have have to be compressed to do so? I don’t want to just start cranking on it Without knowing.

Not an issue. Grab a punch or big screwdriver and spin it where you need it.

Are those shocks side-side specific? (I know the OEM ones are) Maybe that shock you're showing is for the driver side?

They’re set at 6/8 I have them in the right side. No, I Originally ordered them at 9/11. Decided I did not want them maxed out so I dropped to 6/8 And did a 3/8 Top spacer To give me my 2 inches.

The shop that readjusted them for me just didn’t align it right but it’s no big deal. They turned easily with a screwdriver.

If you're confident you have them on the correct sides, then yeah, spin 'em around as needed.

yeah all I have to do is install my sway bar drop bracket and get everything torque to spec. And she’ll be ready for a test drive!

All right guys I think I fucked up. Something is binding and not allowing the A arm to go up so I can connect the brake line bolt when I try to jack it up it lift the whole truck up. My wife was stepping on the roller to push the arm down and the wire that I had tying it up, came loose And the rotor went down. I think ithe cv axle might be dislocated. What do I do? Get a lugnut on the rotor so that don’t happen again.
Either pry with a big bar or use a ratchet strap to bring it together.

turn the wheel to see if the cv is not in the cups, if not you should be able to rotate it a bit and push it in.

×2. if you can spin the rotor by hand, the CV is probably fine.

If I had to guess, the truck is lifting because your supporting the frame on jackstands (which are points inboard of the tires) and the truck is able to tilt up easier on the jackstand (fulcrum point). It's probably fine, you just need to get it down on its tires to see where you're at.

As for the brake line doohicky, I'd make sure nothing is overextended (you did mention something about lessening the clip setting and using a small spacer). If you're unable to attach it at full droop with the shock fully mounted, then you may need to get extended brake hoses for it.

    Edit:
Looking at it again, that looks like the wheel speed sensor wire that's tight... See if you can free up another inch or so of wire where it is attached up above the spring bucket... I recall I had to do that on mine too and was able to do so.

OK does it look like it’s out of joint?

Looks like it popped out and you should be able to pop it back by hand, rotating and push in. I agree tho that shouldn’t hold you up.

Try a strap to get them together, it takes a bit to compress those new 6112s

do I have to take the CV axle out to do this. And you’re positive that it’s out of joint because everything spins fine. There’s no noise when I turn the wheel and turn the rotor. This is full droopIMG_2469.jpg

if it were out of joint, there would be some type of play in this CV joint. There is no play at all. I don’t think it’s out of joint
