    That's how you make mistakes.

Slow down, take your time, make sure everything's installed correct, then take it in for alignment tomorrow morning.

If the shop is closed or if you have to go to work in the morning or something, you can get the alignment close enough yourself to where it's not going to hurt your tires in 100 miles or so of driving, then go get it aligned when you can...

Get a tape measure, and set the toe-alignment so the front of the tires (in front of axle, left outer tread edge-to-right outer tread edge) measures the same distance as at the back of the tires (behind the axle).

Did you loosen the lower A arm camber alignment bolts?

No that would’ve been easier. I just didn’t wanna mess with the cam bolts. Everything worked out I got it to the alignment shop. I didn’t have time to torque anything. Just hit everything with the impact and barely made it in time. I’ll get everything torque to spec after I get it back. I did mention that fact to the shop so maybe they’ll torque the stuff for me. that was a highly stressful situation having to rush

Good to hear. Next time loosen those alignment cam bolts. They can hold a preload on the lower an arm.

All right so the alignment shop at first would not do an alignment because I had aftermarket parts and they said it’s too much of a liability. But the real issue was when I talk to the mechanic he seen a space between the top of the coil over and the 3/8 spacer I put in because I didn’t get a chance to torque them to spec. I did tighten them as much as I could with a hand wrench. but the space I think he is seeing is is the gap where the bolts go through anyway, they went ahead and did alignment, but he did not touch my caster. Apparently he didn’t have time since they were about to close. so here’s a printout of the sheet. I’d be happy if they were both 3.6 but this far off I don’t know. What do you guys think? I do have another appointment with a different alignment shop that does 4 x 4’s this Wednesday.IMG_2471.jpg

That's why I followed up my post with the suggestion to DIY the toe temporarily until Monday or whenever you could get to it (realized that after I posted).

You were not that far off on your "Before" measurements anyway.

Those caster numbers are fine if it drives good and steering returns to center as it should (and tracks straight) when you let go the wheel. If you start messing around with the caster, you may end up causing your tires to rub (or rub much more), depending what size tire you're running.

What do you think about my alignment sheet

    ???

Does it track straight? (not drift off to the left or right while on a level road or highway?) If it tracks straight and not wandering, you're fine.
Toe (and to a lesser extent, camber) are what affect tire wear (and both are fine on your sheet). Caster affects handling, controls the wheel returning back to center (but doesn't affect tire wear).

So 3.6 and 4.4 is good for caster? I did not get charged on this one because within the six month warranty. But I was thinking about going to a shop that specializes in 4 x 4‘s to try to get the castor around the same. You would seriously leave it like this?

Yes, if it tracks properly... Its completely normal to have a higher number on the passenger side than the driver side. Reasons include: Driver side has more weight on it, compensation for road crown (if both were the same, you'd find it drifting harder to the right on crowned roads).

Thank you for explaining that for me. Yeah, for the most part tracks straight. it always did pull to the right a little bit, but I think that’s due to the road. Even after an alignment was done, it would do that, especially if there’s any wind. Nothing serious.
