Iirc, you’re gonna need more than 50psi in it to trigger that pressure switch to allow it to operate. Also make sure your suction and discharge lines are correct, I had mine switched and obviously it didn’t work.

I would probably go rewire the whole thing exactly the way I had it in that diagram, even if you don’t use some of the outputs you don’t need, but atleast it will keep the PIN numbers the same and you know for sure if that’s causing your issue or not, because 100% it worked for me.

Yeah let me figure out what is going on with the fuel pump and I'll give that a try also.

Should also get the system evacuated and recharged to the correct capacity.

since my truck has been broken for the better part of 9 months now, my AC stopped working. Not sure if it leaked out all the refrigerant or not, or if my module stopped working after cooking in the sun. But I’ll have to revisit that soon, it’s starting to get hot here again.

Where in the truck will you mount the Audrino module?

I was thinking to use 3M double sided tape and tape it to the engine ECU. That way I have access should I need to troubleshoot.

I see your diagram says that the 2.5V 9hz signal is going to pin 7 on the A/C amplifier but the 2.5v 9hz signal should go to pin 6 (AC lock) on the A/C amplifier. 12v should be supplied to pin 7(AC permission). Did you connect the temp gauge pin from my temp gauge converter module to pin 19 on the A/C amplifier (ECT)? You also connected your RPM signal to pin 22 (Tach) on the A/C amplifier right?

    Hey Guys,

Sorry for no update for a while. I have been getting the boat ready for the summer. Anyway, the truck has popping the 15 amp fuse for the fuel pump. Sometimes the truck runs but sometimes I need to manually jump the pump with the polarity reversed then hook it normally and it'll will run. I pulled the tank today, I will investigate further and likely change out the pump. I need to get this sorted out before continuing with the AC amplifier solution. Not gonna lie guys, I am having a hard time staying motivated especially with the AC pulse signals not being my strong suit.

Okay guys, I pulled the fuel pump. Sure enough it was running very sluggish and locked up after I ran it for about 15 seconds. I don't understand what happened here. At no point did I run it dry. I really like AEM products and I ran this AEM 340 on my last Tacoma. Any suggestions? Does the gx460 have compatibility issues? I am running the URD kit that has a Napa fuel filter on the outside of the tank. Any suggestions on what to buy next?

Also I have been talking @Braddman . He has a solution for the AC clutch lock signal and engine coolant temperature signal in one module. I am going to go that direction. As far as engine RPM, I think both vehicles have the same pulse. Hopefully this fixes it.

I’ve got this installed and the engine temp works flawlessly. I’ve not had the time to get into the AC side of things. Seems simple enough from the instructions that are provided. Overall very happy with the product!!

URD is a crapshoot place to buy things, but I bought a Deatschworks DW340 pump and it's been phenomenal.

Im not sure if you saw the post I tagged you in, but as of today, I just received 5 new custom AC controller boards that take care of all the necessary signals, in case you change your mind. I hear good things about the Braddman box.

Very cool, how does it handle the RPM signal?

Just outputs the waveform for a 1200rpm idle.
