    Big hoist like a launch hoist but wider and longer. Big ass I beams welded to the deck, keel up and just roll it over , slowly, one side raised, slowly. Best way to build them is right side up, start with the stem / keel up, add the frames as you go. Start at the aft frame and move forward to the bow , supporting as you move forward. The boats I built in Michigan were built upside down, the boat I built in Florida was built right side up, cool experience
